Orders placed before 4 p.m. on a working day are usually shipped the same day if they are confirmed. Orders received after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are processed the following Monday or the following business day. Processing and delivery delays may occur during peak periods, such as holidays.
Rural household locations may take one or more extra days to deliver. If you get a shipment that has been damaged during transportation, please do not accept it. You can return it and contact us to request another one. Please follow the same procedure if you received an incorrect product, and please do not open the packaging. Your item will be replaced as soon as possible.
